This course can be delivered in the classroom or by distance learning and provides food hygiene training suitable for anyone who works in the food industry from manufacturing to retailing.
Minimum Entry Requirements:
16+ years of age.
Certification:
Certificate of attendance from ALLSAFE issued by the Ambulance Service and valid for one year.
Duration:
1 day classroom or workbook if distance learning.
Class Size:
Student / Instructor ratio of 12:1.

The Food Standards Agency outlines the latest requirements and information regarding keeping food safe and details the need for anyone who handles food to be 'trained or instructed' on the correct ways to deal with food from manufactureres to retailers.
