Basic Food Hygiene
Who is the course for?
This course can be delivered in the classroom or by distance learning and provides food hygiene training suitable for anyone who works in the food industry from manufacturing to retailing.
Minimum Entry Requirements:
16+ years of age.
Certification:
Certificate of attendance from ALLSAFE issued by the Ambulance Service and valid for one year.
Duration:
1 day classroom or workbook if distance learning.
Class Size:
Student / Instructor ratio of 12:1.
Who delivers it?
Commercial Ambulance Instructor.
Description:
The Food Standards Agency outlines the latest requirements and information regarding keeping food safe and details the need for anyone who handles food to be 'trained or instructed' on the correct ways to deal with food from manufactureres to retailers.

On-line Booking
To make an on-line booking find the course you require below, type the number of places required in the quantity field and click the 'add' button. If you would like to book places on additional courses click the 'continue shopping' button. Once you have chosen all of your course places click on 'order these items' to add delegate names, your contact details and preferred payment method. Please ensure that you complete all of the required fields.
Once submitted a member of the Commercial Training Team and will contact you to confirm your booking. If you do not hear from us within 5 working days please contact a member of the Team on 0870 8330 999. Please note that all bookings are subject to availability.
